Poster Zone at Clinical Pharmacy Congress 2026
Present Your Work to Thousands of Pharmacy Professionals
The Poster Zone is a long-standing and hugely popular feature at Clinical Pharmacy Congress. It provides a platform for pharmacy professionals to showcase their innovative projects, case studies, and research to thousands of peers across the sector.
How It Works
Delegates are invited to submit abstracts for consideration. All submissions are reviewed by our expert judging panel, and the highest-scoring posters are selected to be presented live at the event. Posters are displayed across four time slots:
Day 1 Morning - (Friday)
Day 1 Afternoon - (Friday)
Day 2 Morning - (Saturday)
Day 2 Afternoon - (Saturday)
ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS ARE NOW OPEN
NEW for This Year – Poster Zone Awards
To further highlight your hard work and increase engagement, we're excited to introduce the Poster Zone Awards.
During the event, attendees will be able to vote for their favourite posters via our online voting portal. Each accepted poster will have a unique link and QR code to help presenters promote their work during the event. Voting is only open during the event, and each attendee can vote only once—so it’s a level playing field.
The Awards Ceremony
The top three posters with the most votes will be recognised at the Poster Zone Awards Ceremony, taking place on Saturday 09 May at 3pm in the Showcase Theatre.
Whether you're presenting or voting, the Poster Zone is an unmissable part of your Congress experience.
Poster Zone
Your abstract should demonstrate positive and/or an innovative piece of work relating to clinical pharmacy practice and/or patient care. We welcome abstracts relating to service evaluation, clinical audit, quality improvement and pharmacy practice research. Abstract assessment will be based on the quality of abstract, relevance of the project described, the reproducibility and awareness of current NHS policy and practice.
For guidance on how to prepare your abstract, you can visit one of our education partners the UKCPA website as they have prepared some excellent resources to assist you. Please note not conforming to the abstract structure will result in rejection.
